As a GreenMobility shareholder, you help lead the green transition by making shared electric mobility accessible to more people, resulting in more livable cities with less pollution and congestion. To thank you, we’ve created an exclusive rewards program with three levels that offer unique benefits just for you.
Want to be a part of shaping the future of shared mobility? Join the program by owning at least 100, 1.000, or 10.000 name-registered shares in GreenMobility. You’ll receive 200 driving minutes and get other benefits depending on your shareholding level. Explore them below.
How to register

To qualify, you must own at least 100, 1,000, or 10,000 name-registered shares.
2. Register
Sign up for the shareholder benefit program before the deadline here.
3. Enjoy your benefits
Your benefits will be added to your GreenMobility account after the deadline.
The free minutes are valid for six months. If you continue to hold at least 100, 1.000, or 10.000 shares at the next deadline, your benefits will automatically renew. Please note that processing may take a few weeks after registration closes. Remember, your shares must be registered in your name, and please note that investing in shares carries a risk, as their value can rise and fall.

Q&A about GreenMobility's shareholder program
What does it take to join the program?
To become a member of GreenMobility’s shareholder program, you must own at least 100, 1.000, or 10.000 name-registered shares in GreenMobility. The benefits are awarded based on the number of shares you hold.
When will I receive my benefits?
After the deadline, it will take us a few weeks to process all memberships. You can expect to get your benefits around the beginning of February 2026.
How do I know if my shares are name-registered?
In Denmark, shares are typically held through your bank or broker. To join the shareholder program, your shares must be name-registered in GreenMobility’s shareholder register. You can check this by contacting your bank or broker directly. If your shares are not yet name-registered, simply ask them to register your holdings in your name with Euronext Securities (VP Securities).
Do my free minutes expire?
Yes, the free driving minutes are only valid for six months. If you still own the required shares at the next deadline, your benefits will be renewed.
What is included in the Saver25 and Saver50 subscriptions?

How do I give my benefits as a gift card?
To give your benefits to another person, you must reach out to us at ir@greenmobility.com with the email of the person you want to hand over your benefits. Please note that the person must be verified as a user at GreenMobility and that the email you send us must be the one that the person signed up with in the app.
